Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Newport County Community Mental Health Center! Whether you’re a student looking to gain experience, a retiree or a working professional looking to donate your time, every helping hand makes a difference in the lives of our clients and their families. 

NCCMHC currently has volunteer opportunities available in the following areas:

Clerical Support – Assist with filing, sorting, copying, data entry and other administrative support functions within the organization’s Human Resources, Medical Records and Quality Improvement Departments. 

Fundraising & Event Planning – Help with event mailings, promotion and provide on-site support during some or all of NCCMHC’s events.  NCCMHC currently hosts three major fundraising events in addition to its annual campaign fundraiser.

Marketing & Promotions - Assist with developing and disseminating marketing and promotional materials for the agency such as brochures, flyers, newsletters and electronic content to consumers, referral sources, family members, partner organizations and donors.
